Photography is such a popular hobby that every other day, a new technology like the digital viewfinder is introduced into the market. And so, it is difficult to find somebody who has never ever used a camera. The earliest cameras were called the viewfinder cameras. They just had a window to look at the subject and frame the photograph. Some good viewfinder cameras had lines drawn in the viewfinder to avoid parallax error. Since there was no focusing device, the photographs were poor in quality. The images were not sharp.
